Actually it's not bad at all. Clean rooms with bleach smell. Love it.. neat. Professional staff. Quiet. Comfy beds. No complaints
I had a long hard day stressful day me and my husband had got towed we was outside in the cold for hours we decided to check in at this hotel they have a awesome STAFF that are very kind this is the nicest hotel I booked at since I been in Houston Amazing!! STAFF they treat guests very well keep up the good work guys hotel is beautiful by the way
The gentlemen at the front desk are awesome, hilarious, and very accommodating. The room was big and had a slight musty odor but after a little airing out it is fine. The only disappointment so far is the pool being closed because of covid
The rooms are affordable the front seat people are nice and never rude and the maids are very helpful
When we were looking for a place for 30 days we came to here, and the gentleman at the counter gave me a rate for a double room but since we were doing 30 days he suggested a suite that they have right next to the pool and gave us a really good price the room is fairly clean semi-updated in the kitchen area very large suite. would definitely stay here again
Very polite staff. Rooms are well appointed for the price but not super high-tech. The small towel folded into an origami holder for the soap was a great touch. It feels like you're at your friend's older vacation home.
It's not that best area but staff is great and management is superb. They treat you like family and give you great hospitality. Maintainance for extended stay is great . Gives you great deals and privacy when needed. Rooms are decent.needs work buht whereever you go honestly you will find a flaw.if you stay to yourself even a dump is great.home is where you make it. . Near major streets and facilities.great if you want it to be great.. thankful for the service and love I've received from neighbors and management. I don't do reviews but I had to take my time out for this one.
Started by staying in a room with 2 full sized beds and moved up to the suite. Suite is so much better and has the kitchen. Best thing for me and the kids. Fantastic staff and clean pool. Cleaning ladies can come daily if desired and they can change ur bedding up to 2 times a week. Unfortunately my family suffered some personal issues and we have had to make it work in a hotel and the kids and I have been here for almost a year! I was worried about stability and this place has eased my fears. Best location as well.
